Get ready to create your business plan!During this training session you will learn specific method to analyse and develop your business ideas. It is called LEAN Business Canvas.
This training session will help you to:
Understand the importance of preparing business plan and that there are different tools to use in the process
To explore each part and step in building your business canvas.
Learn the set of questions, indications  and techniques which will enable you to fill the parts of Lean canvas for your business idea.
